```Duties```
- Build tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures using Esprit and other CAM software
- Operate various machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Weld and assemble components to create finished tools and dies
- Perform precision measurements using micrometers and other measuring instruments
- Ensure that all tools and dies meet quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve designs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Requirements```
- Experience as a Tool and Die Maker, Machinist or similar role preferred
-Apprenticeship will be considered
- Familiarity using CAM software
- Familiarity with stamping press operations
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment such as lathes, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in welding and assembly techniques
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Excellent math skills for precise measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
