Order Fulfillment Support Associate

Description

The Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Support is responsible for supporting our customer base. The responsibilities involve customer service related functions including assisting with order and product inquiries, processing returns, assisting customers with product issues such damages, warranties, and defect related concerns along with working with various vendors to assist in supporting our customers.

Monday - Friday

9:00am - 6:00pm

Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Support duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and superior decision making

• Analyze and identify sales trends along with providing customers recommendations for continued sales growth
