Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and perform maintenance, repair, and alterations of our district buildings and grounds. This role requires hands-on work as well as leadership in planning and directing maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct building and grounds maintenance activities
• Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance programs (including emergency response and energy management plans)
• Perform repairs and facility improvements (painting, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, landscaping, equipment repair, etc.)
• Inspect construction, repair work, and daily maintenance operations
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and site projects
• Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and discipline
• Collaborate with teams to support operational efficiency
• Ensure OSHA standards for operation and recordkeeping are being followed
• Collect quotes from outside contractors and monitor and inspect progress for repairs and upgrades
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Pay: Up to $100,000 depending on experience

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous experience as a warehouse or building maintenance manager
• Prefer 2 years of Maintenance Management experience
• Industrial electrical knowledge preferred
• Experience with OSHA standards and reporting
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally
