Meyer Distributing is looking for Senior Full Stack Developers to join our Indianapolis, IN team. We are hiring immediately!
Schedule: (In office) Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements for Full Stack Developers:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Prefer 5 years of experience in full stack development or equivalent project experience
- Strong proficiency in front end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Experience with server-side programming languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development
- Proficient with version control systems such as Git
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Full Stack Developer duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop responsive user interfaces using modern front end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Ensure security best practices are implemented throughout the application stack
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes and tools
