Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist/Office Administrator located in Stafford, VA. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and supports daily office operations. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, organizing and maintaining files, and supporting general office organization.
The role also includes assisting with billing and accounts receivable, such as processing payments, tracking client balances, and helping keep account records up to date.
We’re looking for someone friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a small, supportive office environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $30,000–$50,000, based on experience

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including answering/directing calls and greeting visitors professionally
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, file management, and maintaining office order
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and managing office supplies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for interacting with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism in sensitive or high-stakes situations
- Ability to manage time well, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- Comfort working with billing support tasks, including taking payments and tracking balances (accounts receivable support)
- Proficiency with basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
- Paralegal experience is a plus and may increase compensation potential
