Manufacturer/Importer of decorative consumer goods looking for a Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Associate whose primary duties will be attending to Ecommerce Accounts to grow our business by fostering relationships with new and existing customers.
The position assists our customers (resellers) by providing data, images, policies, terms and conditions regarding our products for sale on their websites and accounts receivable duties.
The position requires the use of spreadsheets, ftp software and a variety of customer dashboards and interfaces.
A successful candidate will be:
· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office apps
. Accounts receivable experience
· Familiar with Photoshop and photo editing
· Experienced at reading contracts/agreements and negotiating terms
· Skilled at providing superior customer care

· Excellent written communication
· A detailed eye for reviewing spreadsheets

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
