Job Summary:
- Operate sewing machines and related equipment to sew, assemble, and finish products.
- Follow patterns, templates, and instructions to complete sewing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sewer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in sewing and assembly tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns, templates, and sewing instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting fabrics accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines required
- Ability to work with heavy-duty materials such as vinyl and fabric
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when scheduled
