Social Media Manager — MeyCo LLC | Laguna Hills, CA (On-Site)
MeyCo is a digital marketing agency looking for a skilled, self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll serve as a dedicated social media strategy and content manager for a portfolio of client brands — owning their social presence from strategy through execution.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube on behalf of multiple client brands
- Write, design, and schedule social content — posts, stories, reels, and ads — that reflect each client's voice and growth goals
- Build and execute social media strategies designed to grow followers, boost engagement, and drive conversions
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions promptly and on-brand
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments — and translate them into actionable strategy
- Use Later for content scheduling and planning, Canva for creative asset production, and Claude for AI-assisted content ideation and efficiency
- Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media on behalf of clients at a digital or marketing agency
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Proficiency with Later, Canva, and proficiency with AI tools (Claude or similar)
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager and social advertising (Facebook/Instagram ads)
- Strong writing skills — you can adapt tone and voice across multiple brand personalities
- Sharp eye for design, detail, and creativity
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Photography or video editing skills
- Customer service background
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
