POSITION TITLE: Cleaner

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT: Mexico High School

Hours: 3:00PM-11:00PM (School Year)

CERTIFICATION : Civil Service - Labor Class

START DATE: As Soon As Possible

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Moderate to heavy lifting required
• Knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Willingness to perform routine cleaning and other manual tasks
• Ability to work independently

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Full-time, probationary appointment
• 12-month, 2nd shift position
• 3:00pm-11:00pm during school year, 2:00pm-10:00pm during summer break
• $40,867.00 per year
• 2nd shift differential
• Benefits as per CSEA contract
• Job specifications as per civil service and district job description
• Hours may vary per supervisor's discretion to meet district needs
• This position may require employee to work other buildings to meet district needs
• Will be responsible for set up and clean up for athletics and other building/stadium use
