Route Sales Delivery Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Route Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines safe product delivery with customer service and sales support. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers along an assigned route.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers on an established route
• Load and unload products at each stop
• Consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Merchandise products and ensure proper product rotation where applicable
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell products when appropriate
• Collect payments and maintain accurate delivery and sales records
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of vehicle
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations

Qualifications

• Valid Chauffeur driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to consistently lift and carry 50 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Basic math skills for handling invoices and payments
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous route sales or delivery experience preferred
• Start Time: Between 6-8am depending on route with an end time of 1:00-3:00pm 
• 6 Days a Week
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Repeated bending, reaching, and climbing in and out of delivery vehicle
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
