As an Account Executive (SMB Segment), your role isn’t just about selling—it’s about owning your pipeline, driving outbound success, and executing a strategic sales process to exceed your targets.


This is an opportunity-driven, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.


We’re building vibrant sales hubs in Dallas. Though Mews remains remote-first, we’re looking for team members who want to develop their careers in a collaborative, in-person environment, learning with their teammates in the office at least 3 days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

At Mews, sales success is built on execution, discipline, and adaptability. Here’s what a productive week might look like:


  • Owning your pipeline – at least 50% of your closed deals will originate from outbound efforts.
  • Hosting 2 high-impact demos per day, positioning Mews as the best solution for hoteliers.
  • Managing a pipeline to consistently close $400k ARR per year, with deals averaging $5k in value.
  • Making 100 outbound activities per week, sparking conversations, qualifying prospects, and generating momentum.
  • Executing account-based sales strategies, using storytelling and value-driven selling to move deals forward.
  • Influencing multiple buyer personas, from General Managers to Finance and Operations leaders, tailoring your messaging to each.
  • Proactively iterating on your sales strategy, using data insights to refine your outreach and positioning.
  • Delivering impact under pressure—Mews moves fast, and so should you.


Who You Are:

You’ll be a great fit if you:


  • Have a proven track record of exceeding $280k ARR quotas, with ownership over outbound pipeline generation.
  • At least 1 year in a full cycle SaaS role driving new business
  • Have consistently closed deals averaging $5k in value, in a multi-step but fast-paced sales cycle.
  • Can engage, influence, and close multi-stakeholder deals, tailoring your approach to different personas.
  • Comfortable traveling within your territory.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Are comfortable with data-driven sales execution, leveraging pipeline analytics to optimize performance.
  • Are naturally curious and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-velocity sales environment, where ambiguity is an opportunity, not a blocker.


The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is up to $135,000, which is uncapped and includes separate equity compensation. Achievement above quota includes accelerators that will increase OTE. The starting wage will vary based on several factors, including the candidate’s skills and experience. This OTE amount includes both the base salary and potential commissions, which are dependent on performance and not guaranteed.

Salary : $72,000 - $87,000
