Shift Schedule
- Friday - Sunday, three 12-hour Shifts (Paid 40 hours per pay period)
Responsibilities
- Maintain standards of health and safety for associates and follow safety guidelines as outlined by OSHA
- Schedule workload and shift/personnel adjustments based on refurbishment needs
- Maintains warehouse weekend shift staff results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Collection of data and generation of refurbishment reports, as needed
- Maintain extensive formwork and accessories knowledge
- Assist with new hire orientation and training
- Assist with existing associate training and skill growth
- Administer disciplinary action and documentation of performance issues
- Evaluate employee performance and participate in annual performance appraisals
- Inspect all work areas daily for proper 5S procedures
- Maintain an excellent level of communication with all departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading team
- Minimum 2 years’ experience scheduling workloads
- Safety management skills/knowledge of OSHA standards
- Knowledge of 5s principles
- Ability to work well with all team levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Inventory control and ability to develop standards
- Computer use and experience with Microsoft Programs
- Ability to maintain organized processes and timely paperwork completion
- Ability to analyze data and provide solutions
- Ability to forecast changes based on production needs
- Ability to maintain warehouse equipment and schedule maintenance
