We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banking Associate Attorney with 2–8 years of relevant experience to join our practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with financial institution clients on a wide range of commercial banking and financial services matters.
Our practice represents lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of a broad spectrum of finance transactions, including secured, unsecured, asset-based, real estate, and construction loans. We also advise financial institutions on the bundling and sale of loan portfolios and represent entrepreneurs and business entities in the acquisition of single loans and loan portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate borrowers in commercial lending transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, including credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements
- Conduct due diligence, including review of corporate documents, UCC filings, and title materials
- Assist in structuring and documenting secured and unsecured financing transactions
- Support senior attorneys in complex deal execution and client counseling
- Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to banking and lending
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups, including corporate and real estate
- Experience with commercial lending, finance, or corporate transactions strongly preferred
- Familiarity with UCC Article 9 and secured transactions
- Experience representing banks or financial institutions
- Business-minded approach to legal problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with clients
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission) and good standing
- 2–8 years of experience in banking, financial services or corporate
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaboratively
