Role Description:
This is a full-time, remote role for a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent. Pay is hourly base with commission and Benifits. The Medicare Insurance Agent will guide clients in selecting Medicare Advantage and Part D plans, as well as ancillary products. Core responsibilities include educating clients on plan options, evaluating their healthcare needs, enrolling clients into suitable plans, and providing ongoing support.
***The agent will also ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while building lasting relationships with clients to meet their health coverage goals.***
**Qualifications**
- Active health insurance license is required
- Must hold at least 15 active non-resident state licenses
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans; ability to educate clients on health coverage options
- Experience evaluating client needs, providing tailored plan recommendations, and managing enrollments
- At least 1 AEP and 1 OEP actively selling Medicare products As well as SEP season experience.
- Must have experience selling Medicare during SEP (Special Enrollment Periods)
- Must have experience selling ancillary products (Hospital Indemnity, Cancer, Critical Illness, Vision, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and expertise in ensuring compliance with Medicare and insurance regulations
- Proficiency in client management systems, data entry, and maintaining client records such as Sunfire.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented work environment
