The Patient Service Supervisor requires proven leadership skills and is an integral part of an excellent Patient Experience. This front-line position leads the team of highly motivated employees in delivering high quality services to Acute Care Patients and Long Term Care Residents. Duties include staff supervision, training, directing, customer service, food quality assurance, problem solving, sanitation and record keeping. Personal accountability and professionalism is critical to success in this position. Supervisor must have the ability to work a variety of shifts including 6 AM-3 & 1-10 PM. Alternating weekends required. Tremendous potential for career advancement locally and company wide (Eastern USA). Proven supervisory experience & EQ is required. Strong food service background is preferred.'
