District Manager- Corporate Dining and Education
Salary: $90,000-$110,000
Location: Johnstown/Altoona
This position REQUIRES the majority of the DM's time in the Johnstown/Altoona region to lead, support, and cultivate. It is strongly desired that relocation to this commute area is possible.
Metz Culinary Management is seeking a Dynamic District Manager with a strong background in a K-12 dining to take the lead of a region in western PA. The District Manager’s primary role is to serve as a leadership and support resource to General Managers and Food Service Team Members while balancing the needs and goals of our Client-Partners and business goals. The Leadership role is broad, encompassing responsibility for growth of sales, profits and employees in the DM’s primary operating area. The District Manager is expected to model The Metz Culinary Management Corporate Values and Employee Attributes in the exercise of his/her responsibilities. There are several key success indicators: sales growth, consistent profitability commensurate with the sales levels and operating conditions and the retention of our most valued stakeholders.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in a similar role with recent experience in multi-site Higher Education Dining setting
- 5-10 years of Industry leadership experience in a strong General Management role with multi-site responsibilities
- Demonstrated Career Professional Growth
- Proven success in Change Management
- Impeccable communication skills
- Polished Client Relation skills to include all levels of Organizational Executive Leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to travel 50% and more when required
