Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating information to customers and sales agencies regarding the availability of parts, list pricing, shipment dates, and tracking numbers based on inbound inquiries.
- Overseeing the completion of CRM tasks assigned by internal teams.
- Assisting with billing disputes.
- Proactively communicating with customers regarding overdue items.
- Supporting entry of complex orders.
- Reviewing outstating pipeline and supporting the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) by requesting opportunity follow-up/updates from channel partners.
- Coordinating with RSMs within the organization to achieve problem resolution and addressing customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Supporting the process of account qualification to determine account potential.
- Accurately completing professional customer quotations and pre-sales activities.
- Working closely with the data steward to maintain CRM database accuracy.
What You Need to Succeed
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a life science industry.
- Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be detail oriented and learn quickly.
- Curious and inquisitive mindset.
- Willingness and ability to comprehend technical concepts.
