  • Lead the Engineer-to-Order (ETO) process—preparing quotes, maintaining configuration parameters, and managing documentation on the ETO SharePoint platform.
  • Provide 4th-level technical support for Floor and Bench Scales, including equipment designed for hazardous areas.
  • Monitor lead times and production capacity, ensuring effective delivery planning and coordination with manufacturing teams.
  • Update Business Intelligence (BI) data in collaboration with Product Management and Production to maintain accurate reporting.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, databases, and web content to ensure accuracy and customer relevance.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Technical degree in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.

  • Strong collaborator with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
  • Detail-oriented and agile learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Interest in production, quality, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficient in SAP ECC systems.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methods or Project Management principles is a plus.

  • Parental and caregiver leave policies
  • All the usual benefits such as paid time off, flexible spending, short-and long-term disability, basic life insurance, business travel insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and domestic partner benefits
  • Global market strength and worldwide leadership in weighing
