Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our team as an Account Manager, reporting to the Technical Sales Manager. Drive sales growth of Mettler-Toledo AutoChem solutions for opportunistic accounts by leveraging strong value selling, product knowledge, and account management skills. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets in your territory.
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Developing and executing strategies to grow account revenue.
  • Leading activities such as lead generation, demos, seminars, and customer support.
  • Maintaining SAP CRM data and providing regular sales forecasts.
  • Conducting virtual sales presentations and training.
  • Continuously improving product knowledge and sales skills.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related; Master’s preferred.
  • 3 years industry and/or technical experience.
  • Strong consultative/value selling skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with virtual selling tools.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical/process markets and lab support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
