What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Valet position at Metrowest Hyundai?
MetroWest Hyundai is currently looking for a Service Valet/Lot Attendant to join our team!
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Greet guests entering the Service Drive
- Promote smooth, efficient vehicle flow in the Service Drive and dealership lot.
- Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles.
- Direct guests to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Assist the Service and Sales Departments with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
- Keep dealership lot neat and orderly.
- Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
- Complies with all MetroWest Hyundai attendance policies.
- Will need to pick up vehicles from customer’s home for service and return them after service is complete.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and 5 years of driving record experience.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism, collaboration, and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
- Completes assignments in a timely manner.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Able to pass background and drug screenings.
- Customer service experience a plus
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
