Sr. Solutions Architect III (6146)

As Sr. Solutions Architect III (Object Exchange Architect), you’ll lead with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data integration solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of full stack software and data engineers and play a critical hands-on role in architecting, deploying, and managing the core data integration platform for our customer’s modern data exchange capability.

What you’ll do:

• Lead planning, development, and deployment of data integration platform components and services
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize data integration platform performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Monitor data integration platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize systems for maximum efficiency.
• Drive security best practices throughout the data integration platform, implementing measures to safeguard data, applications, and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Technical Architect, Lead or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Expert-level hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure data integration platforms supporting function such as data and object exchange, enrichment, transformation, versioning, and routing in the cloud at IL6 .
• Proficiency in AWS with a deep understanding of cloud services a IL6 .
• Strong experience with architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs, data and persistence, data integration/transformation, and event-driven processing solutions.
• Expert level hands-on experience with designing and developing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert level hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Strong experience leading, managing, and mentoring a “two pizza team” of full stack developers and data engineers responsible for component implementation, testing, and automated CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

SALARY RANGE: $211,000 - $255,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
