Position Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for organizing the daily service schedule, communicating with customers, and coordinating with our window cleaning crews. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with people. This is an in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule residential and commercial window cleaning appointments
- Coordinate daily routes for technicians to maximize efficiency
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
- Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with clients
- Handle schedule changes due to weather or customer requests
- Assist with customer service and general office support
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to schedule changes
- Previous office or scheduling experience is a plus (but not required)
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
