Pay: Starting at $23.00–$30.00 /hour based on experience shift & weekend differentials.
What Sets Our Emergency & Critical Care Team Apart
- Firsthand experience with mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory support

Technical & Anesthesia Skills
- Assist veterinarians with emergency and critical care cases.
- Perform and monitor anesthesia, from minor procedures to critical patients.
- Calculate and manage CRIs, medication dosing, and fluid rates.
- Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, and anesthesia monitoring.
- Utilize in-house diagnostics and advanced medical equipment.
What We Are Looking For
- Current Ohio RVT license (required)
- 2 years of veterinary experience (emergency experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills — clear, efficient, and professional
- Strong math skills (drug calculations, CRIs, fluids)
- Patient-focused, collaborative, and motivated mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- $23.00–$30.00 /hour, based on experience
