We are looking for a highly motivated Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to work with individuals who are in high-demand and have distinctive lifestyle wants and needs and will also possess good negotiation skills, as well as the satisfaction to think critically on their feet. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to prioritizing guest satisfaction while also communicating effectively with both guests and other employees.
In addition to base hourly pay, we pay commissions, bonuses, and tips!

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa & provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with their needs, maintain a clean and organized spa environment, promote and sell spa services, packages & products to clients, handle transactions and process payments, answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries, collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
