Position Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional living experience for residents and prospects. You’ll be the first point of contact for future residents, guiding them through the leasing process, managing resident communications, and ensuring the community is always presented at its best.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience for all residents and prospects
- Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals
- Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in
- Prepare and maintain accurate lease files and documentation
- Respond promptly to resident questions, concerns, and service requests
- Support community marketing efforts including social media, outreach, and resident events
- Conduct daily inspections of model apartments, leasing office, and amenities to ensure readiness
- Collaborate with the property management team to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
- Complete reports, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Professional and positive demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in apartment leasing, multifamily housing, sales, or hospitality required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with online marketing platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Must be able to access all areas of the property and lift up to 30 lbs. (50 lbs. with assistance)
- Occasional local travel for training, meetings, or outreach events
