This role focuses on customer billing follow-up, collections outreach, reporting, and general administrative support.RequirementsCollege degree required2 years of administrative experience (billing, accounting support, or office administration preferred)Strong communication skills; comfortable making outbound calls regarding outstanding balancesHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environmentKey ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers on outstanding invoices via phone and emailMaintain collections trackers and update payment statusesAssist with billing inquiries, invoice re-sends, and documentationSupport accounting, customer service, and operations teams with administrative tasksPrepare reports and maintain organized digital records About us:Metropolitan Linen Services is a family owned and operated company since 1981.
