✨ Welcome future residents and guide them through the leasing journey
✨ Showcase apartment homes with confidence and personality
✨ Use strong sales techniques to meet—and sleigh—your leasing goals
✨ Deliver top-tier customer service to residents, guests, and prospects
✨ Assist with resident communication, tours, market surveys, and office tasks
✨ Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting office, clubhouse, and models

You should be comfortable walking the community, lifting up to 25 lbs, and keeping the property looking tour-ready.
