What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Staff position at Metropolitan Endodontics?
Full-time (35 hours) Dental Office Worker needed.
***Previous Dental Office Experience is not required. You will be fully trained to complete all dental related tasks and activities in our office. Intelligence and a good work ethic is all you will need for this job.
***We have TWO LOCATIONS. One in Englewood and the other is in Park Ridge. You’ll need to work in both offices. Please do not apply if this is not possible.
***PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION. Please DO NOT apply if you are looking for part time or a temporary position (NO SUMMER-JOB SEEKERS PLEASE). We are not interested in college students who are looking for a temporary summer job.
- Job/role will include a mix of front desk reception, dental assisting as well as some promotional marketing (and social media marketing). Primary role may be adjusted based on your demonstrated skills as you learn.
- In office work will Include taking appointments and verifying dental insurance. As well as assisting for surgical and non surgical procedures, sterilizing instruments and cleaning the operatories and office.
- Non-dental work will include marketing and organizing visits with other dental offices.
- Must be fluent English speaking with excellent language skills.
- Must be good with computers. Office is all digital.
- Must be vaccinated against HepB, COVID-19 and annual Flu. No exceptions. Sorry.
- Compensation will be decided based on experience and then adjusted based on skill as you gain proficiency.
