How your work would contribute to our organization and the Twin Cities region:
As a Business Systems Analyst for the Bus Transportation Administration department, you will have the opportunity to develop standard operating procedures and training materials. You will also assist with research, data analytics and system testing.
This posting will be used to create an eligible list for 6 months. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

- Create standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for HASTUS and iDash
- Create training materials and resources for HASTUS and iDash
- Use research and analytics to conduct projects to support the business needs of the department
- Assist with system testing and day-to-day operational tasks
- Reply to internal customer emails in a prompt manner
- Coordinate with other BSA’s to divide tasks in a rapidly changing environment
