Then come join the MCC team to be a technical expert and leader within MCC's Financial Accounting team, reporting to the Director of Financial Accounting and supervising Accountant I and II positions. This role manages high-level accounting, strategic financial reporting, and month-end, year-end, and audit processes while overseeing complex accounts and serving as a Workday Finance champion. Key responsibilities include preparing annual financial statements, managing endowments and debt service, overseeing capital projects, and leading cross-functional initiatives while mentoring staff and fostering strong cross-campus relationships.
Are you a great match for this role?
All you need is a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education with five to seven (5–7) years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including audit preparation and leadership.

Compensation:
The minimum salary for this position is $68,284 with annual increases.
