Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standardized recipes
- Cook and plate dishes according to established standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the chef or manager
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Assist in creating new recipes or menu items as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
Skills:
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role
