Responsibilities
Basic Function – Maintain accounts receivables, calculate payroll, and provide direct customer service.
Accounts Receivable
- Maintain accounts.
- Log and post monthly parker payments.
- Prepare and make daily bank deposits.
- Coordinate and collect overdue/outstanding accounts.
- Support Facility Manager by resolving A/R issues and investigating areas of concern.
- Assist in preparation of monthly client statements.
- Calculate payroll for downtown locations.
- Enter payroll for assigned locations.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, as well as walk-in customer inquiries and transactions.
- Process mail.
- Assist Facility Manager with other administrative duties.
- Must be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and possess an outgoing personality, but comfortable working individually.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Email. Bookkeeping and AS400 experience a big plus.
