City Coffee Company and Dairy Queen, nestled inside the lively Metropolis Resort, are looking for upbeat and welcoming crew members to join our team! Whether you're a coffee enthusiast, a fan of Dairy Queen treats, or just excited to dive into a fun and fast-paced job, we’ve got a place for you. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you!
Crew members will be crafting delicious coffee beverages and serving up DQ favorites such as blizzards and sundaes to brighten our guests day and make their visit even sweeter. Successful candidates have a positive, can-do attitude as well as the ability to be quick on their feet, especially during busy times.
Crew members must be able to work early morning shifts starting at 6:30am, including both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest concerns or requests in a professional and positive manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately.
- Follow recipe cards precisely to ensure every beverage and treats meets standards and guests are served with consistency.
- Follow and complete opening and closing list for each area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Properly store and handle ingredients and supplies to maintain freshness and safety.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.50 per hour
