Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and reconciliation of billing and enrollment processes
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline departmental processes and enhance team efficiency
- Provide support in testing and troubleshooting for the new core processing system to ensure optimal functionality
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field
- Experience with database and querying skills highly desirable
