What You’ll Do: As a Property Accountant, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing monthly financial reporting and tracking tenant activity.
- Preparing rent rolls, handling accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing the cash accounts.
- Collaborating with property managers to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Preparing and distributing internal and external reports, as well as assisting in annual budget preparation.
- Working with financial statements, audits, and more; helping to ensure compliance with budgets and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong accounting experience is a plus!
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Yardi and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Problem Solver: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
