What You'll Do:
- Greet, tour, and answer questions from prospects.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to effectively promote your property and fill vacant units.
- Record and file guest interactions according to company procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and vacant apartments.
- Process applications, secure deposits, and oversee move-in procedures.
- Assist with lease renewals, including distributing and following up on renewal notices.
- Manage resident relations by presenting information and responding to questions, concerns, and emergencies.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with coworkers and other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We are Looking For:
- Sales and Leasing Skills: Experience in engaging prospects, closing deals, and achieving leasing goals. Strong customer service skills with a focus on maintaining high occupancy and positive resident relationships.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Organization: Detail-oriented and organized.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously to achieve goals.
- Valid Driver's License and insurance required.
