Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated part-time remote position for approximately 15-20 hours per week, to support our Revenue Cycle team with administrative and work queue-based tasks. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare administration, business operations, or data processes who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a clinical business environment.
Requirements
- Monitor and manage assigned Epic Work Queues (WQs) to ensure timely and accurate resolution of errors impeding claim submission
- Assist with small balance and secondary write-offs, including Medicaid account reconciliation
- Review and resolve billing and claim error reports, including NC and SC Medicaid-specific edits
- Support special projects related to revenue integrity, billing accuracy, and account maintenance as assigned
- Perform routine account clean-up and documentation tasks to support the Revenue Cycle team
There will be some onsite training that is necessary before the switch to remote work.
