Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC for a Project Field Assistant at MetroGreenscape, Inc. The Project Field Assistant will assist in the day-to-day execution of landscaping and hardscaping projects. Responsibilities include supporting project managers, ensuring material availability, assisting with project setup and cleanup, and maintaining tools and equipment. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure project completion and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Two (2) years in pool construction, hardscaping, or similar construction experience (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of landscaping or outdoor construction practices and techniques
- Experience in handling tools and equipment used in landscaping or hardscape projects
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and guidelines for outdoor work
- Willingness and capability to perform physically demanding tasks under various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in a similar role or in landscaping/construction is a plus
