Retail Sales Representative
About the Role: As a Retail Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by matching customers with the ideal mobile devices, plans, and accessories. Bring your communication skills and tech-savvy attitude to build rapport, offer personalized recommendations, and create an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service: Warmly greet customers, identify their needs, and meet or exceed sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Metro by T-Mobile products, plans, and promotions. Educate customers on device features and stay updated on industry trends.
- Customer Support: Assist with device setup (transferring data/contacts) and provide basic technical support. Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Store Operations: Process transactions accurately using POS systems, assist with inventory management, maintain a visually appealing store, and perform opening/closing duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales training is a plus).
- Proven customer service experience with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical aptitude for mobile devices and quick adaptability to new technology.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
