Schedule:

• Thursday: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Friday: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Saturday: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Sunday: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Valet Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and professional guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome guests with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests upon arrival and departure
• Safely park, secure, and retrieve guest vehicles
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized customer service
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional valet operation
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and venue staff
• Assist with traffic flow and maintain a safe environment around the valet area
• Keep the valet stand and surrounding area clean and organized
• Help create a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure
• Represent the Metro Valet brand with professionalism, style, and exceptional service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for dependable, professional, and outgoing individuals who understand that great valet service is about more than moving cars—it's about hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional appearance and polished demeanor
• A positive attitude and hospitality-focused mindset
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• The ability to safely operate and park a variety of vehicles
• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work habits
• The ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required

Prior valet, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, parking, or customer service experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person.
