Mechanic Responsibilities and Duties
- Job duties include but not limited: various hand tools, air tools , electric tools, various shop equipment, welding, various cutting equipment, some heavy lifting, working from heights, electrical repair, hydraulic repair, collision repair of all box trucks & trailers, disassemble/reassemble box trucks & trailers, paint & body repairs, moving semi-trailers and box trucks around yard, carpentry work, fabrication, lift-gate repair and much more!
- Job requires bending, twisting, lifting up to 80lbs, climbing, and physical labor.
- Job requires working in hot and cold weather.
Mechanic Qualifications and Skills
- No experience required but a plus.
- Candidates must be able to pass drug test, physical and background check.
- Must have a valid driver license and dependable transportation.
- Must be able to work full shift. 7:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays.
- Must be self motivated and willing to learn.
- Carpentry experience is a plus
- Welding and fabricating is a plus
- Hands on experience is a plus
- Candidates must be self motivated, detail oriented, willing to learn and eager to complete task given
