What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Sorter position at METRO STEEL?
Metro Steel is looking for Part Sorters.
As a part sorter your responsibilities will include the off loading of metal sheet stock and the removal and cleaning of laser and/or plasma cut parts. All parts are to be identified, labeled, and stacked in an organized fashion by job/customer on wooden pallets. As work takes place in an industrial setting, the right candidate(s) will have a safety oriented mindset, wear steel toed boots, utilize company provided Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), and report to work in a timely fashion.
