As a Game Lounge Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience every day.
🎮 Run the day-to-day gaming lounge experience
🧼 Keep the lounge clean, organized, and welcoming
🖥️ Keep PCs, consoles, games, and gaming stations ready to go
🛡️ Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment
👾 Help guests get set up and troubleshoot technical issues
🏆 Support esports programs, events, and tournaments
👨👩👧👦 Educate guests and parents about programs, equipment, and policies
🔑 Handle opening and closing procedures
What we’re looking for:
• A genuine passion for gaming and knowledge across different platforms• Someone dependable, responsible, and on time
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Someone organized who can juggle multiple things at once
• Comfort with technology and troubleshooting
• Experience in customer service, program management, or gaming is a plus!
