```Duties```
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary
- Spread salt or other de-icing agents to prevent ice buildup
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used
```Requirements```
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment preferred
- Knowledge of snow removal techniques and best practices
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to groundskeeping and hardscape maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
