Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping and fixtures.
• Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing components and troubleshoot issues efficiently on construction sites.
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC technicians to coordinate project tasks seamlessly.
• Lift heavy materials safely during installation or remodeling projects while adhering to safety protocols.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and implement effective solutions.

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics for precise installations.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards, heavy lifting techniques, and remodeling procedures.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
