Other key responsibilities are to produce accurate and timely invoices for billing purposes, provide administrative support and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

MSI Metro Sales Inc is currently looking for an Employee-Owner, Lease Billing Coordinator. The person in this role will prepare MSI Metro Sales Inc equipment lease and rental contract records. Other key responsibilities are to produce accurate and timely invoices for billing purposes, provide administrative support and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
What You Will Do
- Review equipment lease/rental billing data, and enter the specific contract terms into the billing software.
- Respond to email or telephone inquiries with internal and external customers, i.e. rates, procedures, or billing inquiries.
- Review billing queue to check for meter readings daily to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies before billing the client..
- Conduct contract revisions to adjust existing equipment lease and rental agreements.
- Calculate and prepare individual Excel billing spreadsheets to present to clients.
- Run reports to target specific billing criteria, i.e. buyouts, equipment returns, expired contracts, etc.
- Review sales orders for equipment lease rates, buyout checks, upgrades, and approval for billing.
- Prepare special reports as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 1 year(s) experience in Microsoft Office products.
- 1 year(s) experience with billing software, E-Automate preferred.
- 1 year(s) experience in an administrative role handling billing or complex contracts..
- Bachelor's degree in business application or accounting.
- 1-2 years of industry experience preferred.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Software including e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets.
- Thrives in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Able to anticipate and resolve internal and external client agreements pertaining to contracts and billing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & verbal skills.
- Diligence and mindfulness when analyzing data and information processing.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in understanding mathematical methods and formulas to resolve complex data.
- Accuracy and timeliness in completing tasks in a thorough manner.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Open to constructive criticism, direction and provide resolutions in a calm and effective manner.
