MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Field Service Technician to add to our Rochester, MN team. This customer facing role will travel within their assigned territory to install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair MSI Metro Sales Inc. equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment within a specified territory.
- Schedule service calls with clients.
- Maintain and properly document inventory and required service paperwork.
- Punctuality is key in service, it is critical to maintain accurate, on-time scheduled appointments.
- Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support for all certified equipment on Client’s site.
- Complete assigned training and certifications.
- May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comptia Net or equivalent
- Clean driving record.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Participate in the After-Hours Service Program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and schedule time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Typical First Year Expectations DOE: $18 per hour Incentive program
