- · Provide product information, pricing and availability of our dumpsters and portable restrooms to the customer.
- · Being proficient in various software systems including QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, GPS tracking, and Google Maps.
- · Proficient in order processing tasks such as order entry, tacking and follow-up.
- · To enhance security for our customer, it is crucial to promptly shred any credit card information entered into “Beyond” our credit card servicer. This practice ensures that sensitive data is securely disposed of, reducing the risk of potential fraud or data breaches.
- · Help with any accounting questions the customer may have. If there are any queries that cannot be resolved, you can forward the customer to Julie for assistance.
