Metro Risk Management Group is a full service independent personal and commercial lines insurance agency. We are currently seeking individuals interested in a Part Time position as a Customer Service Representative. This Individual would be responsible for delivering high quality service to policyholders and prospective clients. Some of the duties include: Responding to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, etc. Assist customers with policy changes, renewals etc., assist agent as necessary. This position includes a regular salary, as well as sponsorship for their Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance lIcense if there is an interest. Agent positions are flexible and allow for remote/home office upon satisfactory completion of training. Prior experience preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
