As we scale, we’re seeking driven Account Executives to join our Business Development team and help us lead the market. What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with our Lead Account Executive and Client Services team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, door knocking, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored security solutions.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a robust pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Lead Account Executive on enterprise-level opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Commission Structure
- OTE: $115k
- Annual Quota $1.2M
- ACV ranges from $10k - $100k

Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (security or service industry preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office 365.
